Internal Recruiter,

As a Internal Recruiter, key to your role will be to manage the ‘end to end’ candidate experience for all recruitment within our non luxury hotels. You will be required to support hiring managers at Hotel and Central Office levels to fill vacancies with suitable candidates, by actively promoting roles via our Careers site and approved partners (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, Leisure Jobs, Caterer etc.) whilst maintaining a talent bank of potential candidates.

Salary: £28-30k

Recruitment Activity:

  • Use social media, ad campaigns, and open days to find quality candidates
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Liaise with our General Managers for the final stage interviews
  • Offer candidates and negotiate as necessary
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and CV reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Maintain our ATS platform

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Background in hospitality recruitment desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
